Shopped around for a place that offered hydrafacials for a reasonable price and everywhere I found was nearly double the price than SSL! The staff was truly lovely and I felt very comfortable. The results of my hydra facial were amazing and (I think it was Veronica?) was super friendly, thorough and informative about skincare products + routine. Have recommended to several friends + I’ll be back in for my second one very soon!

I absolutely love skin Laundry I love everyone who works there I feel so at home. But I am very upset about the changes in your pricing the package deals are not going to work with me I loved coming in making my appt and paying the 75 each time I used to come in once a week paying more so I will not be going to skin laundry anymore because of the changes unfortunately. I was a very good client I will have to look elsewhere.

Great service. Quick & easy to schedule with great communication from the front desk & the physicians as well! I come here for Botox injections in my forehead and 11’s. It’s always an in & out visit. Efficiency is super important to me in my day-to-day life, as I’m very busy, as we all are! Smooth Skin Lounge is reliable, and they’re definitely my go to Skin Aesthetics Spa in LA.

HIGHLY recommend this place – Veronica is amazing!! All the staff are friendly and informative, the facility is spotless, parking is easy, and the products are priced well. I’ve also had 2 rounds of botox, in addition to my facials, and they’ve been painless injections. Definitely coming back!!

Veronica gave me the best facial I’ve ever received! Very friendly staff and very clean and inviting place! I already scheduled my next appointment AND bought an exfoliated or because I loved it so much during my facial. Would definitely recommend coming here for any one looking for beautiful healthy skin!
